What's your titanium obsession? I can't seem to get enough of it. Here's my EDC:
* Oakley X-Metal XX
* Omega Speedmaster X-33
* large lefty Sebenza
* wedding ring

An elder from my church and I made the same observation. I have few gold items (a plain wedding ring, my grandfather's watch and a crown on a tooth) but I have lots of titanium. In fact, there was a period when I would not buy a knife unless it had titanium bolsters or liner locks.

My elder suggested that titanium became my 'gold' and I should address the issue. Giving away two of my knives (to a dear friend) showed me how selfish and petty I had become.

No photos, but:

wedding band
small Sebenza
Seiko chronograph
eyeglass frames
MSR camping cookware and utensils
GT Xizang hardtail mountain bike, with ti fork
assorted mountain bike parts and hardware
1/3 scale titanium Bridgestone MB-0 mountain bike frame, with correct angles and dimensions
ti-plated Fisher Bullet pen

That's what I can think of off the top of my head. Yeah, I've got it bad... :)

Ti tent stakes (6)
Ti sierra cup
Ti kettle (MSR)

Lesan is lighter for silverwear. The only jewelry I ear is my wedding band and a watch. I'd like to replace the watch with the Thommen/Revue Airspeed Altimeter, which is Ti, but money is an issue.

I think my Sebenza is the only titanium item I have anymore.

How much are those titanium bikes anyhow? Are they the lightest ones on the market?

- Sinn 103 Ti Ar UTC
- Wedding band (soon;) )
- Small "Stars & Stripes" Sebenza (inbound:D )

Beryllium is lighter, but also more brittle and a *lot* more expensive.

I have Oakley Ti frames for my glasses (not sunglasses).

I have the Ti Slider Rhinoskin cas for my palm.

I have the Abyss replica Ti wedding ring (of course the hardest alloy) but I dont get to wear that every day till august.

Dont care for Ti on a knife as I like heft to a blade.

They make bicycles out of beryllium now?? Sheesh.
Carbon fiber frames weigh about as much as titanium, are often cheaper, and IMHO feel at least as good.
But yes, I also like Ti.

I have a few Ti things. Let's see....

Ti eyeglasses frames - These are very cool. They are anodized to a dark bronze.

Sebenzas - A large and small.

Wedding Ring - I just ordered it from Boone Ti. It is a Edge Band Satin Finish. I beat my silver and gold ring to hell. My wife is letting me get a new one. :rolleyes:

Zippo Ti Lighter - This is cool. I paid quite a bit for it but it's worth it.

I would love something like the Crawford Survival Staff, but in titanium rather than aluminium. And maybe some titanium underwear...

I've a bunch of folders with titanium liners, or all titanium. I do understand the fixation -- anything made of titanium catches my eye, I dunno why.

Also, I'd like to thank Ken Collucci for those avatars!

You're very welcome! :D

Got any special requests? ;)

Paul, take a look at the ring in my picture. :D It's only 10mm though. The Abyss ring was around 16mm, wasn't it?

I thought your ring looked familiar. I got the 15MM;)

If it good enough for Ed Harris, its good enough for me.:D

I tried telling my "finance me" that your ring ws the same. She didn't believe me.

Is that Omega alrm really that loud?
