Titanium or high grade stainless like 316 replacement hardware for knives

I want to start swapping out some of the hardware like screws, thumb studs etc. on some of my knives mainly my American Lawman, anyone know where I can get titanium or high stainless hardware? Also how do I determine the size of what I need, anywhere to go and get size of screws, etc.
