How is this knife as an "everyday user"? Is it appreciably lighter than the regular SS version?

The one I'm looking at has a serrated blade; ATS-34 I think.

And what's with the little included carrying pouch? Never seen that with any other Spydercos; and I've been a devoted Spyie user for 10 years.

You are correct. The blade is ATS-34.

The pouch I am not familiar with - maybe an aftermarket item.

It is model C07PSTI and retailed at 294.95 when discontinued.
