I'm thinking about getting two of the Flytanium Spyderco PM2 titanium scales from Blade HQ and then having them anodized into a different color (most likely blue). Can anyone recommend a good quality, reliable anodizer? I've seen two on the internet - uberfastman and Ti Survival. Thanks for your help.

USA Made Blade does a great job with anodizing. You can choose pretty much any color you want. They even do some pretty neat patterns, etc...now. I've had both of my XM-18's done by Scott (Whitty) and they are awesome. He does a great job for a fair price and extremely fast turnaround. You can send in the entire knife & he'll take it apart & do the ano, or you can just send the specific part(s) you want anodized. Sending parts-only is a little bit cheaper but both are extremely fair pricing, I think.

Thanks to all for the very useful information! You can tell that I'm new at this so the feedback has been very helpful. SevenOfNine - great photos. My original thought was to buy an XM-18 or XM-24 and go through the same process, but I can't find a titanium sideplate for the non-clip side anywhere. Hinderer's site is always sold out and I haven't come across anyone else who makes them, at least not the smooth sided ones.
