I just bought a 0456 with what I’m assuming is Micarta scale even though it was sold as a cf scale. Anyone here know where to find either a titanium or cf scale for the 0456? I tried ZT but they said they dont offer customization.does anybody know of a third party options or even have one for sale?

You would be much better off just selling (or returning) that one and getting one w/ full Ti scales...

I'm a big fan of the 0456 but you may be better served, if the knife is for daily carry, with the G-10, Micarta or CF scale if it's got some texture to it. The titanium scale is not the grippiest of surfaces despite the lines of the handle fitting the hand well.

Yeah I think I’m just going to keep it the way it is. The titanium would add over an ounce of weight and this is just a user anyways so I don’t care if it’s pretty. Besides it’s hard to find anything other than the hardware for the 0456. Thanks for the replies fellas.
