The anti-seize stuff for Ti is made by Finish Line and it's called Ti-Prep.
In my exhausting search to learn more about screws I came across a website for RC race car parts. The site is http://www.lunsfordracing.com/titanium_screw_bulk.htm
They have a bunch of titanium stuff, with a few sizes of screws pretty commonly used in knifemaking. They run $4 for a pack of 4, so they aren't cheap, but they have a good chi-chi factor, I guess. From my days as a bike mechanic I remember having to pretty diligently treat threads on all Ti screws because they will gall and seize with other metals. I don't know if Ti-Ti needs this treatment. I suppose stainless screws in Ti should get a shot of the thread stuff, too, but I really don't know. Anyway, they definitely have 4-40's, which is what I was looking for, but they have others, too.
