titanium warping

UGH problem with a batch of titanium frames for my new TANGO......when I bead blast OR tumble with ceramic medium and liquid soap I'm getting some warpage. Did I get a bad batch ? Ideas ? many thanks. tim@timbritton.com

INteresting, just this afternoon I had a 6-4 blade go all warped after cutting it out (new piece of stock, never had warpage before)
