Has anyone got one yet? I wonder how long they take to get from Kershaw to distributor to dealer. I'm not impatient or anything ;)!
 
Hey Thomas,

I've been reading around the forum today hoping to find a thread providing an update on the Zero Tolerance knives but, can not find one. Can you give me an update as to their availability and, will these knives be included on the Kershaw website?

Same question on the Junkyard Dog.
 
All 4 models of the Zero Tolerance line have been produced (in fairly limited quantities) and are on the market. Initial reaction has been quite complimentary.

We are working on the new web site that will hopefully be up in the next 45-60 days. It will be a Kai USA site, and the user will have access to all 3 brand names; Kershaw Knives, Zero Tolerance, and Shun.

JYD's, we are looking to have a short run of 500 pieces or so (both sizes) hit by late Aug./early Sept.
 
So ZT is a seperate sub company?

Kai USA currently owns and is promoting 3 separate brand names. So to answer your question AM, yes, ZT is a seperate entity from both Kershaw and Shun.

Under which company is the JYD gonna be made? And, can you publish the specs in it?

Thomas, did you ever post a dealer list for the ZT knives? I'm in Vegas and would love to pick up a coyote TI folder.
 
Joe, sorry, no there is not a published list of authorized dealers to date. I would call the factory, and talk with customer service about getting some ZT dealer names. Hopefully there is one locally for you. 800-356-8507.
