While checking out some of the background info on Rosarms knives through their website, I noticed that titanium is noted as an ingredient in the steel used for the blades. I don't know of any other cutlery steel that list Ti as an ingredient, apart from the boker and mission stuff and other mostly Ti blades out there.
I guess it's notable to me because I love titanium. But I wonder if it aids in the seeming flexibility of the edge and chipping reduction. I also noticed that the two Rosarms knives we use in the kitchen, (amigo, companion 1) will not rust, no matter what they just won't. Another benefit of Ti.
