If anyone is within driving distance, the Titusville Knife Show is coming up. I know it's the same weekend as the Central Kentucky show, so most of the big name dealers will be in Kentucky that weekend. But it is a pretty good little show, mostly focusing on traditional knives, especially Queen, Schatt, Case, and GEC. A handful of old hunting knives or military knives too. I will have a table set up, if anyone is coming please say hello. Here are the show details.

Friday Aug 15 from 11:00-4:00
Saturday Aug 16 from 9:00-4:00

Pleasantville VFD
157 West State St. (also known as Route 27)
Pleasantville, PA 16341

This is the main highway heading east out of Titusville, about 5 miles outside Titusville. There is a concession stand set up. $5 admission to come in. Bill from GEC usually ends up stopping in at some point to look around. Knife items only, no guns or flea market junk.

I wanted to attend but couldn't make it.
Curious if there were any early GECs.

There were handfuls of GEC's here and there. Mostly ones from the past 5 years, but a few older ones as well. Lots of old hunting knives, old Queen and Case knives, lots of collectible Randal knives, a few custom makers, a few tables of modern Microtecs or Cobratecs. Overall a nice variety.

Nothing like a good knife show!! Sorry it was so far away!!! (2800 miles!!!)

Thanks for the summary. Sounds like it may be worth attending. I'll consider next year. Perhaps take off work to go on Friday to also stop by GEC (I believe they're closed Saturdays).

I think it's worth it, if the drive isn't too far. Are you fairly local? I'm 30 miles away, so it's an easy show for me to attend, and I know most of the people who go there to set up.

This certainly isn't a big show like they have in Kentucky or Tennessee. This one had about 45-50 tables of vendors. But it was the same weekend as the Central KY show, so most of the bigger dealers didn't come. The guy running the show said he will be careful for next year to ensure it is not the same weekend as another knife show.
