Is their new issue out yet? I feel like I've seen it posted on thier web site for a while, but haven't rec'd my copy yet. Anyone rec'd theirs?

I pick mine up at a gas station. The last one I got (can't remember the month) had the articles on the Extreme Ratio folders. I'd better stop and see if the new one is out yet. First I'll check the web site.
 
Yes the March issue is on their web site. I'll bet there is an issue waiting for me at the gas station. :)
 
It's the one with the exclusive "inside" story about Mercworx.
What a let down, it was just another product review :-(
Still no names behind the fancy brandname.
Still, one needs to read something about knives ever so often :-)

I haven't received my copy. I had to buy it in the store. I think my mailman is stealing my magazines. This is two issues in a row now.
 
Still haven't got mine and it doesn't surprize me one frigging bit. I think it's time to call them again and try to get my subscription started again.... The mailman is stealing them? Ummmm, yeah.... riiight. :rolleyes:

I swear after this subscription runs out, I'll be skimming this mag in the bookstore bi-monthly. It's just not worth the hassle anymore.
 
The March Tactical Knives won't be on the newsstand till around Dec.1
Our website is just a preview of the next cover right now.
 
Yup...the Mercworx cover is the most current.

As for TK's subscription service...I gave up on that a long time ago; very inconsistant...

Just to balance thing out for Steve Dick (who published my letter to the editor once!), I always get my magazine -- occasionally it has a torn cover but I just call the subscription office and they send me a new one in a manilla envelope. The only problem I've really had is when I paid my subscription a little late and they skipped an issue. Again, a call to subscription and they adjusted the subscription date and sent me the missing mag. Heck, I have them all since the first issue!

The last issue I got had the Strider folder on the cover. How many have come out since then?

Thanks to everyone that responded. Special thanks to Steven Dick who took the time to email me off line to discuss my problems. Not only a good magazine, but good folks standing behind it, too.

As I recall you're one behind. (running off pure memory here) The last one I got was the January cover with the Mercworx. I've had an issue or two never make it myself. (at times nowhere near a renewal date) My well meaning wife got me a subscription to it Christmas last year. I really doubt it'll be renewed.
 
Got my issue in the mail today. Just had time to thumb through, but looks like another good one.

Here's the man,(Steven Dick) to answer all the questions, apparently he reads the forum, he saw a TK question and posted a reply.
