I have some questions regarding the TL-29 Electricians knife

1. does the U.S. Military still use the TL-29 Electricians Knife?

2. What Company is Manufacturing these Knives?

1. Not that I know of.

2. You'll most commonly see Camillus and Ulster TL-29s, though most companies have made one, Schrade, Case, imperial, etc. :)

1. It's no longer issued (I think)

2. The only remaining manufacture of notable TL-29s is Klein, but back in the day plenty of companies made them. I have TL's by:

Case
Imperial
Colonial
Utica/Kutmaster
Craftsman
Robeson
Camillus
Schrade
Klein

Also, GEC makes a new variant of their #15 pattern in a TL-29 configuration. :)

I bought a couple cheap knockoffs a few months ago for about $5 each... the design will be around forever.
