Not as such, but there is plenty of new-old stock of the civilian version from Camillus' New York factory, as well as used ones in all sorts of condition from "nearly new" to.... what in the name of?!
I got mine still in the clam pack from the auction site.
As well as this magnificent war horse.
Klein, Stanley, Ideal, Schrade, and Bear & Son all have their own versions, but some are hawkbill blades instead of a spear point.
Rough Rider is planning to bring out a denim micarta version. I'm on the email list!
Rough Rider and Marbles both have their versions of the pattern. The RR is pretty true to the original, and better made than one which was sold as a NOS Klein. I am kind of partial to the Marble’s (China) model with its blocky orange G10 scales.
I have been looking around the net and finding some old threads with some really COOL TL-29s that have had some REALLY NICE mods done to them. I have done only ONE (so far) but from what I am seeing, I am going to get out some of the ones I have ..

I’d like to see an updated one that took 1/4” bits on the driver.
I had the RR one that had an adjustable wrench on the end and it was junk.
OP, Ssincup
I’d look for an old Camillus one for a user.
