TLP3 problem

Hi,

I've purchased a TLP3 tactical liner about 6 months ago, and now I realise that liner itself seems a bit too long, and so only partially engage (liner doesn't move completly or barely completly under blade when open), you even have to force it inside. While it does lock the blade it doesn't really look secured.
As this kind of problem can only come from manufacturing (I did not replace liner), can it possibly entitle me for repair/replacement under Boker's life-time guarantee ?

I'll try to post a picture, but it will take a few days.
