I have a pair of barlows that look like those made by the Novelty Knife Co in China- Red Ryder is one, pics on both sides under clear celluloid- but the tang stamp reads USA and nothing else. I've seen novelty Knife Co with a tang stamp that was Novelty Knife Co USA....
I picked up the pair for a song, would not have touched them exept for the tang stamp.
