Well just picked this beauty up yesterday. I had the urge to have a Sebenza in
my hands since I just recently sold my micarta 21 so I decided to go to
True North Knives and order this baby next day air. Cant say how much I
appreciate Neil and his great service and getting this baby out to me so quick.
I was plannnig on picking up another micarta but with plain edge this time but
instead was drawn to this tanto. And let me tell you, seeing this blade up close
I am truly amazed with this knife. Ive never seen a tanto design as well done
as Chris Reeve does it. The grinds on this blade are just perfect all around.
Sharpest knife Ive owned yet. Not sure why this version of the Sebenza doesnt
get more attention. It might be one of those you have to have it your hands to
realize.
Im going to make this a user and so I will get to see how the tanto blade
performs with everyday cutting tasks. Theres even a llittle bit of belly on this
blade and the tip looks to be super strong.
If anyones deciding on what sebbie to get Id say try the tanto. Not many
people have this version. Its nice to have something different from the normal
blue stud sand blasted Sebenza.
