I wanted to start a thread to acknowledge how great the Busse Crew is . I started collecting Busse Knives a little over a month ago . I really fell in love with them so I decided to attend Blade since I live near Atl. When I got there I fell in love with the crew as well . Jerry has got some of the best people working with him . It really is a family and they took me right in . They went way over and beyond to make me feel a part of the family . That goes for all the other HOGS ,too . I would like to recognize Resinguy he took a chance on a total stranger .Guy took me under his wing and interduced me to everyone . He went over and beyond also . I met and mingled with so many I dare not try to recall all the names . Amy if you don't fall in love with her somethings wrong with you . Amy is AWESOME . Jerry Busse what a man I didn't get to meet Jerry till Sat night . Boy does he make an impression . He really takes great care of the Hogs I was able to hang by the fountain till around 4:30 or so . I met Teabag or Nutsack as Jerry called him . Hearing Jerry tell the story about Teabag I pissed my pant . Man does he know how to tell a story . I would love to see some other post of how great the Busse Crew is !!!!!:thumbup::thumbup:

Bobby, glad to see you have made a proper introduction.

People, he overdosed on the Kool-Aid in just one month before Blade, and hasn't stopped yet. Watch out, because he hasn't gotten into the old stuff, yet. And he is a great addition to the community as just a nice guy.

New Bob= My new friend!!!

Had a blast and really enjoyed your company bro.

As for the Busse Crew, well you pretty much nailed it.

Look forward to seeing you again soon.

Hey Guy and Lee I had a great time . Can't wait to see you agian . Maybe Knob Creek !

I'm really sorry that I was working most of the weekend and missed out on most of the social interactions - still, my experience at the booth was just awesome. Not just the Hogs, but the Dogs and the Rats were all great. I visited a lot of other knife companies, and not one of them gave me a hug when I was leaving... but Amy-O did!

To be treated like family by people you just met is really a refreshing and rewarding experience, in a world full of people who would just as soon spit on you as say hello. I will definitely be keeping my schedule open next year to spend some time at the induction dinner and the fabled fountain.

Hey MustardMan take vacation time next year . Stay at the Waverly the action starts Thurs. night in the "PIT" . OMG Did you get to meet Jerry ? That was one of the Highlights of the trip . Man you got to do it right next year !!!

I live a half hour drive from the cobb galleria, so I won't be staying at the hotel ;)

I had to re-arrange my work schedule to even be at the show - I worked all morning Friday, then went to the show, then worked some more that night, then worked an extra-long day Saturday so I could finish up early and get to the show on Sunday, before doing a bit more work Sunday evening.

I hopefully won't need to use vacation time next year, because I started a new job where the deadlines aren't quite as nuts.

NewBob,
It was nice meeting you, drinking a few beers and talking on the patio Saturday night. We have a lot of common interests like guns, Jeeps and Busse knives. Look forward to seeing you again next year at Blade or maybe sooner at Knob Creek.

New Bob, my arse.... This guy has accumulated SO much INFI in one month, he is AWAESOME BOB now!!

Bob, It was such an honor to meet you and hang with you at the fountain. What an awesome pic of Jerry and some lovely lady!!! ;) (Why do I always get photographed with a cigar in my hand!?!)

I am probably one of the few that knows what Jerry & Teabag is discussing.... But dare not reveal..... Jerry had "politely" told him to leave our area for a VERY good reason!! (anyway, nuff said!!)

Bob, hope you can make it to The Creek in the fall.... It is a whole new ballgame!!

NewBob, it was great meeting you. Had a blast sharing a table and shooting the bull with you at the induction dinner. I'm blown away by your INFI total for the month. Stay away from the straight handles, nothing good can come from them:D I was sad that the Hortonized FBM snuck out of NC, but it couldn't have found a better home. Glad to see you carrying it around Saturday.
