I am going to France in a week or so. I will be visiting a city called Dijon and I would like to know if there are any good knife-stores in this city.

Any help is very appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

You might like to let it run through a twenty-four hour cycle to pick up someone who's either sleeping, or sitting around at the non-cyber cafe :)

I can't say anything about their knives, but they do make good mustard!

Thanks, I did not want to stress anybody but this kind of thread will often die real quick.

Might have some luck in the Euro Knife Community board, as well.

Brothers & Sisters of Euro-Steel,

RL. Danke schoen. Spasiba. Djenku ye. Gratzi. Merci beaucoup.

What do you think of the P-60 by Atelier Perceval? Mon ami from south Paris says that it's more of a toy than real Steel. For the looks and the price it could add well to the Keep display armoire!

It's a good using knife. The handle is made from a very strong fibre reinforced plastic that was developped for the warheads of, if i remember right, cruise missiles. The blade is made from Sandvik 19C27 steel, which is one of the more uncommon european knifesteels from one of the top steelmakers worldwide. Good steel. The mechanics are smooth and fast. The knife is very lightweight at less than 2 ounces. And the price of about 65 Euro or 62 $ is pretty cheap. I have one of them and it's far better than the more expensive Böker Speedlock autos.

Brothers & Sisters of Euro-Steel,
AchimW,

Vielen danke! I appreciate the response. As a collector this knife manufacturer was certain to be included. I also like the Fallkniven knives I'm seeing for fixed blades.

Anything I can do for you on this side of the Pond?
