Sometimes, being a PITA can pay off. This knife came from my warped brain, and I sort of had to talk/beg Terry into making it for me. In fact, he was hesitant to post this pic, since the knife is not his "Normal" style of knife. Well, all I gotta say is, if the knife is half as sweet as the picture indicates, then ole Danbo is gonna be one happy camper! Blade is a hair over 3" of forged W2-ish carbon steel, with stainless guard and stabilized Amboyna burl that I gave Terry to work with. Relax, Terry. Ya done real good with this one! :)

Absolutely beautiful!

I would be a pain in anyone's ass to get that knife. Sometimes a warped brain does pay off, Danbo!

I see a handle that looks like it was MADE for your big hands. I can understand why you'd prefer this. Terry's handles are deceptively thin at times. This looks satisfying!

I think you have a winner with this one. That's really nice.

"Honey Dripper" really nice knife I love small blades Fine Job Terry and great pick up Dan

I agree with coop, that knife was MADE for you. I love the blade shape and size but I know without a doubt that the handle wouldn't fit my smaller (much smaller :) ) hand. You are going to have a good, solid grip.
What do you mean by "W2-ish"? Is there a reason you chose that steel over another? Just curious.

That's all I can tell you. If I give you any more info, then I'll have to kill you. :)

Seriously, it's forged out of a small batch of steel that is best described as a modified W2. That's about all anybody is telling about it; other than it's very tough and very wear resistant. In other words, not too much fun to work with either.

Danbo you warped bastid you. :p How about telling us a little bit about the design of this knife, what with your twisted brain being so involved and all? It sure turned out be a very nice and useful-looking little knife. Terry doesn't have to worry at all about that one coming back to haunt him. ;)

Ok, it is sort of a modified version of an earlier Primos knife that I posted pics of recently. The Primos pukko. The handle is sort of pukko shaped, but I wanted a smaller version of the last knife, and I wanted an actual guard instead of the standard ferrule.

Hee-hee. You guys are just being entirely too kind. That is one butt ugly knife and you know it. But thank you anyway for trying to save my feelings. I owe you one.

I'm gonna have to disagree with you Terry, the knife is not butt-ugly. Now Danbo is a little scary, but I think this knife is kinda purty.

Now I know ALL you guys know what I am talking about when I say
"ugly hot"....she may be a bit swollen 'round the middle..but that knife is HOT.
