Daniel,

You don't email, you don't call, and I still do not have my refund.

I am going to make my statements here brief and to the point.
When I complete these statements, a complete copy of our emails
concerning this matter will be posted below.

I have requested a refund for the long overdue BushMaster knives
I had ordered.... which were PIF from just about the beginning I might add.

The emails below indicate we have discussed this refund request.

After several emails between us over a period of a few days, it
would seem; by rereading them: an agreement was reached.

You said you would have my refund to me by 26 March 2010.

Due to reasons that are my own, I have given you 19 additional days
and still...... no refund - no email - no phone call.
Nothing in the form of communication from you since your 16 March email.

Should you be under the false impression I am gonna post here
continually and beg for my refund...... think again.

If I do not have a US Postal Money Order [no personal check at this point]
from you by Friday 16 April 2010, I am filing charges against you with the
U S Post Office, the Internet Fraud Division of the FBI, the local authorities
in your town and state, and/or any other person/agency with legal power I can
think of.
This will be done at my earliest convenience.

If you plan on sending the refund, my humble suggestion would be to
overnight it by tomorrow, 15 April 2010; with signature required on my end.
Because, a "check is in the mail" comment from you is just not gonna cut it.
[It would also be best if you didn't even say it.]

If, on the other hand; you think I am just full of hot air........ "hide and watch".

Simple, very simple in fact; honest communication from
you Dan....could have avoided this.

However, that time is now past,
... unless you have been on 'death's door step' in Intensive Care.

If you were not, I do not care if you ever respond in any way.

But.. it would be best if I have that US Postal Money Order by this Friday 16 April 2010.
If I don't...... the "games" shall begin.

Please do no take this as a threat, it is not.
I am just trying to make the situation crystal clear to you.

I am really very, very, very..... easy to get along with.
But the apparent arrogance you display when faced with matters such as this appalls me.

The ball is in your court.

I will send you your refund. Please do not post here again. You are welcome to make whatever threats you want to me in person via phone, email, fax, letter, etc.

But threats on a public forum are another matter, especially ones containing private information.

I'm going to lock this thread down and talk to a moderator about it.



I apologize the knives did not come to you quicker. Anyone who has been watching the updates knows the reasons why and that I am, even now, gluing up their orders.



I do regret not being able to take care of this sooner - stuff happens. I'm not going to make excuses. Email me this afternoon to talk about it and we'll work it out to your satisfaction.

I do appreciate your patience and understanding.
