To Fly,or not to Butterfly?

Well,I don't know what to call this?
It is however NEW condition from 70-80s Japan.
I have seen similar from Frost,but never the brass handled
one like this.
This thing has only been opened once,or twice.
The latch is very stiff as new would be.

If someone wanted to slice one end off it would be a Balisong.

The way it is,just looks too Kool.

Comes in original sheath(says JAPAN as well),very nice all around.

I would like $OLD,but as I never saw another I may be wrong?
