If you are going to have a booth at the PKA this weekend, could you please bring your kitchen knife with the Graton edge . I would like to get a look at it

Please forgive my ignorance, but what's a Graton edge?

look at the syderco web sit under kitchen knives. the blade has groves in it above the cutting edge, which is suppose to stop food from sticking to the blade when you are slicing it.

Hi Jack, we have a table at the show, but only for sharpening equipment. We can't show knives there, custom knife show = custom knives only. The Home-maker with the Granton edge can be seen at SFO.
