To Throw or Not Throw......that is the question.

Well......we will admit that the Spike is easier to throw than the Light Infantry due to the lighter weight and shorter handle, but hammering tent stakes with a 2" spike can ruin your camping trip.

The question lies in how you want to use your Hawk.

As a CQB instrument, sporting killer throwing capability as well as better than average camp functionality, the Spike rules! You can use the flats for light hammering, and the Spike for opening fuel cans, food cans, or the occasional trick throw, sinking your Hawk into the target handle UP! (half spin)

As a workhorse, for serious wood chopping, hunting blind, or major man trap fabrication,

which can be thrown for fun after some hard work, the Light Infantry is the best choice.
