to trade or not trade

I'm the owner of a Tarani Master Model Karambit and I was offered a ATR knife for a trade. My knife is mint and so is his. Can you all share with me your experiences with the ATR. I have never handled one of these before and not sure what do to. Both knives are nice and I just want some advice on this one. Thanks
