Dude, what happened? You OK? Back up a few shots, I gotta see how you got this way.
Classic photograph.

that is a great picture and looks to be a mighty chopper in the works. What else did you do in the 3 days?
Chris

whoa ! that's some bowie you got there sir. looks like a nice chopper.

Looks like you went through hell to forge that monster!

That'll just make it sweeter when you finish it up. ;)

Yes, that's what I'm talking about. This picture could have been taken in my shop in Nicaragua. Great job. That's a huge blade. Do you use a power hammer or strikers or did you beat this thing out by hand? Nice work.
Mike

Now there's a Poster Boy photo of hard work.............

I'm with Bruce,I won't to see how you got there too......

That's a fine looking blade profile, can't wait to see it completed!

Wooo, looks like the forge almost won that fight:):Dwhen you recover and finish that chopper post pics:thumbup:Regards Butch

Enormous .. 16"-18" blade length, 22" - 24" OAL, About 2 3/4" blade width at the widest part of it

Yep, Blood, sweat and tears in that one. We all put a little bit of ourselves into the blades we make. Looks like it will be formidable. Good job, thanks for showing us.

Thanks! In last three days i made many blades and hawks. Toadvine is hand forged piece of wagon spring. Big knife for the times then no rules applied... Blacksmithing is sometimes hard work, but i love it :)

I thought we lost ya. Dont mind my sick sense of humor. Happy to see you have a soft side and you got that shoe back.
Lets see some more progress on the Toadvine fighter.
