Here is my latest JK knife - a Toby's Knife with a bit of custom sizing and with purple heart scales.
It is the perfect knife in my hand. My wife is still warming up to it as she has been long attached to the old worn out thing shown in the second photo. She loves the styling - "it's real pretty and comfortable to hold" and that the stainless blade will make caring for it a cinch. I am delighted. It will always be at the ready in our kitchen.

Nice one John - thanks.

Thanks for posting the pictures. IMHO, the Toby`s Knife is the most graceful, and one of the most versatile knives in my line. It makes an ideal B&T knife, and is a good choice for EDC or kitchen work. Peter did very well designing this, that`s probably why it`s my #1 seller!

great looking knife, great chose on the purpleheart!

I think you should always take advantage of John's flexible policy on design specs!

See now, if that was O1 it would have a nice patina forming like your wife's favorite there Ray.:p :D

Looking good, glad you finally got your purple hearted knife. :)

I limited out on trout last night after work. Used my Toby's knife vs 2 to clean them this morning. Worked like a charm. I may post a couple pictures in a few days.

You better post pictures, dangit.:D
Nice knife. I kinda like the old worn out one too. There's a reason knives like that get used for decades.

Good looking and functional knife!
