This? Yeah this makes for one happy wife :) I had held no hope of her ever seeing it again, and had started looking for another, since her favorite color is blue, I expected it would take a bblue one to get her over me having to sell her's last winter.

I even gave her my new Heber-made sheath for it

This? Yeah this makes me very happy. I did not expect to see these two paired up again. This makes for a couple more things to add to tomorrows list of reasons I am very thankful. If anyone ever asked me why I like it here so much, there wouldn't be time to list it all in detail, but no matter which way you look at it, it all comes down to the people here. Here's to all of the wonderful friends I have made here is this forum. I raise a glass to you all, and wish you all a very happy Thanksgiving, I am giving thanks for having met you.

Thanks. Yeah, I have heard about that knife at least twice a month since last January and asking when I was going to replace it.... I put out a feeler for another Bushboot a few days ago, and the man I sold this one to contacted me to see if I wanted to buy it back. I think the answer there is pretty obvious :)

Great pair and nice sheaths. Glad you got the knives together again. :) Congrats!!

That's awesome, I remember that his & hers pic from somewhere (the Fiddleback user pic thread perhaps?), good for you (both)!

Time to put the beads back on ;)

Yep, there are pics here somewhere...just not sure where lol. And yeah, I'll will have to dig the lanyards back out :)

I may have a blue guardless EDC1 for sale pretty soon.

Thanks, but the woman is completely hung up on the Bushboot model, she says it works best for her hand and her needs. I tried here with several other models to no avail...

Love this story! So happy for you and the reuniting and to live back where you want to be is all the better. But nothing is better than not having your wife ask you about something at least twice a month. :D

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Am so thankful for being part of this community and for the crew in GA! Bless you all!

Yep, because the more times a month it happens, the more chance it will happen on one of those "bad" days of the month, and that's almost never good! :)

Brian,
My wife asked me the other day, why do you spend so much time on that forum...
One more reason just came up. Awesome set. Glad to see you got the band back together.

Yeah, great group of people in this forum, and yes, seeing them back together did my heart good :)

Glad to see it made it back to you safely man! It's really nice to see it reunited with your Woodsman again.

I have to echo your feelings about the people here too, I feel like the knives are only half of what makes this forum so awesome.

Yep, it's arrival at the house was announced by the wife posting a photo of it on my fb page with the words Wooo Hooo!!! lol.

I know, and even at that, it's the people that make the knives, that make them what they are...so it all comes down to the people that make this my favorite corner of the internet :)
