I think that 301 would look sweet with a polished blade. Personal opinion thought. Sweet knives!

Yeah I'm getting there po started to strip I'm up to 2000 grit I need some 3000 and some flitz

Very nice! I'm glad you ended up getting a 560. I actually missed out on trading for that 301 by a day so I'm a little jealous. How do you like it compared to the 560?

i'm with you on that, once I got my 301, my 350 see's less pocket time. I think it's the shape of the grip, it fills out my hand and is amazingly comfortable in use. Oh and the "thwack" on opening is nice too. I really like the uncoated blade.
