Did a hike today that we hadn't done for a while, over indulging a little with the beer this past couple of days caused me to puff and blow more than usual on the way up !

We finally reached the top and stopped for a well deserved cup of tea !

Awesome pics brother! The dogs were probably trying to figure out how to push the rock down the mountain without you seeing them do it. :)
 
Pit awesome pics as usual. You live in a beautiful place. Do you have as many bears on Vancouver Island as they say?

To quote a website:

"British Columbia
has the largest Black Bear population in North America, and Vancouver Island has the densest population of bears in the entire province."

Although we do have bears on the South end of the Island there are far more as you travel up Island.
About 5 minutes drive from where we hiked a Cougar went into someones garden a few years back and carried the home owners dog up into a tree......I am much more worried about the Cougars than the bears !

Nutnfancyfan, was thinking the same thing, maybe Pit's homeowner's policy doesn't cover bail money . . . :)
Pit, great shots my man, you have some fantastic scenery around you to play in. Hope you are lucky enough to enjoy it every chance you get.
