because sometimes straight forward is all we really need.

I was hitting up a known trail with my daughter, couldn't get lost if my life depended on it :foot:

But I picked up the 3L hydration pack, kabar this morning and the gent threw in the Warthog for free

solid little folder and feels nice in the hand, I'm probably gonna rotate it into my current edc for work.
the clip is a little bit on the stiff side though.

first aid kit for little bobos and 2 hand warmers just in case.

pretty pleased with the gear, got all 3 items for less then 100$, all new.
I was considering a GenX tactical gunner vest wich is also compatible with the hydration pack since I don't like loading my cargo pockets too much.

probably going to put it on the top of my wishlist, since I'm suppose to go on a flyfishing trip with dad and the girls in montmagny sometime in june.

Weather was great! and the little one had fun waking trees with a stick.. go figure.

Cuphead, they grow up so quickly . . . . . sticks today, knives tomorrow . . . :)
Good for you taking the next generation out and about in the outdoors, glad you both had a good time.
Be safe.

Looks pretty good. I love the old Ka-Bars, spent a lot of time carrying one. I like the AMK/Doug Ritter kits pretty well too. I put one in the emergency kit in my wife's car.
