Just picked this up today from Todd. What do you think?

This one's a handful. (the flash always screws up my pictures of the blade, but you get the idea)

I'd bet it feels excellent as a "fighting" steel! He's evolved into his own distinct and unmistakable designs. Congrats for scoring a great blade!

Every Begg model you post I like better than the last. You really are going to have to change your username.

I would like to see it with the carbon center, and silver twill G-10 where the Micarta is.

I think that would be the cherry on the sundae!

Best Regards,

I'll give my honest opinion. I like Todd's stuff overall. It's well finished and unique. BUT it doesn't speak to me. Granted, his knives are very nice, but I just don't feel his particular embellishments are worth the extra dough.
BUT, I will be the first to admit that I have particular tastes.

Great score bro beggs stuff is worth it very very nice

What shape is the tang? It doesn't look like a full tang, but it isn't tapered...

Another beauty. Todd does have a unique style and it's refeshing in the world of "everything looks the same". I've owned a few and cetainly will have more. I like your idea, Steve.

I like just about everything I've seen from Todd and this one is no exception - very nicely done!

I really like this piece... Todd has really developed in both his style and quality since we met (I THINK we both did, lol) and this is a GREAT example of that.

Very cool stuff! :D

Nothing not to like about this one. You can recognize Todd's style from a mile away.

Begg Breezeway - about 7 1/2 " overall, S30V and titanium, open air "breezeway" tang as shown in the top picture. The handle shape feels good in the hand.
