Hey all,

I just wanted to express my gratitude to all who have supported me this past year and share the good news with you, because you have, in part, made it happen for me. I gave my official two week notice the day before Thanksgiving, so my first day as a full time maker will be Dec. 11 th!!! This is a dream come true, something I have been working towards since I first fell in love with knives as a teenager!! As I reflect on the things I have been blessed with, I have to say that my wife and kids rank up there as number one, but having the opportunity to work as a full time maker and actually be able to support my family doing the thing I am passionate about is awesome.

Many of you have orders with me and I can honestly say that my delivery time has just been sliced in half or more!! I want to thank you guys for your support, and patience, your wait will soon be rewarded!!!!!

A special thanks to those makers, you know who you are, who have encouraged me to take this step, and boosted my confidence in my work and inspired me as well.

My mind and the drawing board is filled with exciting new ideas and I can't wait till the 11 th!!!!!!!! :D :D :D

Cool Todd.., I've seen some of your work.., very creative! Hope it goes well for you! :)

Good for you!

By the way, I really like that clip point damascus integral on your site. That really is a little beauty.

Congradulations Todd, Tonya & Family!

You’ve earned this. We know you are going to go far.

Remember to toss a knife or two to the local boys once in a while. ;)

Welcome to the poor-house Todd! :p

Just kidding ya buddy, I'm happy for you and glad to hear it.

I'm almost scared at what the possiblities are for you now that you won't be held down by a "real" job. I know you'll take off like a rocket.

And good on ya for the mention and pic in February Blade!!! :D

Nick

Tell the fam I said HI!

Congrats Todd, Its a big step! I hope only the best for you in the Quest. After inspecting a few of your knives I have no doubts about your decision. One word of advice: Your health is everything! Protect it.

Im excited for ya!

Good luck on your fulltime endeavor. Really like the EmLum Wharncliffe knife. Nice way to do the handle.

Congratulations Todd!

As of Dec 1st (Oh gosh, that's tomorrow) I am officially full time too! With the talents and skills you possess, there's no doubt in my mind of the great things you will accomplish! Remember to thank your lovely Mrs. too! Without the support of our families it would indeed be a difficult road.

Good luck, Todd. I have gone for a tour of your knife gallery. Very impressive range of knives.

You should be a very busy man from now on. :)

Todd, This is so excellent! All the best, between you and Tanya, I know you'll manage a great career. I can see you hip deep in metal shavings!
Have you seen this months Knife World? Your 2003 "Best Fighter" is featured in the 2004 Las Vegas Classic Knife Show advertisement. DUDE!

I haven't seen the advertisment!! This years Vegas show is really going to rock for me!! I will actually have time to make some knives.....WOW. I'm working on a folder prototype for the show, it should be pretty sweet.

Ah, man. I got in late to say - CONGRATS !! And my best regards for a brave decision. You are clearly brimming with enthusiasm and talent - that ain't a bad combination !!

I've just gone from desperately spare time to officially part-time myself (Does that count?). Its a strange feeling ... I'm sure it will be challenging but hey, what would life be otherwise ? All things said about support from family and close ones is so true !!

A Merry XMas and I really wish you a very prosperous New Year. Jason.
