Hi my name is Beryl Driskill new to forum. Most of you probably know Todd Davison or know his work,this man is a great slipjoint maker and a super nice person I was having trouble with the finer points of slipfoint construction.
Well Todd drove a thousand miles from Kansas to Missouri and spent two days in my shop helping me fine tune my slipjoints. We had a great visit again this is a very fine humanbeing and I am proud to call Todd a friend.

Welcome to Bladeforums, would be one thing for the student to go to the teacher,
but another when the teacher goes to the student. Says something about Todd and
knife makers in general. Yes Todd makes a great slipjoint.

Wow, what a trooper. Congrats to you and thanks for letting me know a little more about Todd D. I have several of his knives and plan to have more. He is a good guy, and I know he'll help anyone that is interested in making knives.
