Below is a link of the manufacturing of a folder called 'Tom Anderson'. The folder is in some ways similair to the Sebenza, and it shows the enormous precision required to make a Ti frame lock folder. I found the link by accident but think it's a very interesting read...

I once had a Tom Anderson custom folder with Damascus blade and titanium and snakewood scales. It had, without question, the absolutely smoothest opening action of any liner lock knife I've ever handled. Unfortunately, it was just a little too big to be comfortable to carry, so I traded it for a unique graphic Sebenza. Sometimes I regret that decision.
 
IMO you can't beat a Ti framelock. Tom Anderson and CRK both execute them perfectly and thats not an easy task
