I took a snapshot of one of my Tom Clinton Specials today, together with the bottle of Jack Daniels Single Barrel that I am presently working on:

I have two other TCSes:

The Single Barrel is good stuff, but for some reason I preferred Knob Creek, which I was drinking before opening this bottle. I also have a bottle of Glenfiddich open, but I find the Single Barrel to have better taste, at least to my palette.

Ken, as always you're a bad player. My newest lady-friend, with my assistance, is learning to enjoy small batch Kentuck(sic) bourbon...

At 5'10" with flaming red hair, I can't think of anything more appropos for such a fine young lady to partake in...other than me, of course ;)

man lunde, that is a awesome clinton, i may try to get a clinton for my next randall purchase.

love the glass, don't care to much for jack, i am a crown person, i have been in le for 30 yrs now, and i have seen enough, retiring this year, but i am going to work for our gang investigators assoc. writing grants, so i guess that is not really retiring.

what kind of scales is that?

If you contact me by email (lunde@adobe.com), I can provide details about ordering a Tom Clinton Special, or where to find them for instant gratification.

BTW, the handles on mine are: 1) Stabilized Double-Dyed Red/Black Box Elder Burl Handle with Flanged Duralumin Butt Cap, 2) Black Micarta with Duralumin Butt Cap, and 3) Maroon Micarta with Smooth Nickel Silver Collar and Duralumin Cooley (sp?) Cap. All three have Forward-Curved Nickel Silver Hilts, which is standard.

I just received this Tom Clinton Special, which I ordered on 01/14/2008:

Its handle is Ironwood, supplied to the shop by Gary Clinton, and the smooth collar and butt cap and Nickel Silver.
