Tom, you mentioned your King Kobra was for sale in another post. Would you e-mail me with details please. I can't do it because I have damaged my registry and lost some .DLL files, hence active links won't work properly! All down to trusting Msoft. (Tried to download IE5.5, installed it and, KER-BOOM! I now own a computer that needs to be reformatted. Thanks Bill.)

Sorry, David, but you're a bit late; since I mentioned that my KK was for sale, the tang broke and while I was fixing it I did a few modifications that sorted out the things I didn't much like about the design (not faults per se, just things that made the KK less than suitable for the jobs I wanted it to do; cutting brambles and bracken, and other unwarlike tasks...)

It's now filling a useful niche in my arsenal of tools for the War Against Undergrowth; also, even if you still wanted it with my modifications, I wouldn't want to sell a blade whose tang has snapped and been repaired, even by forge-welding as in this instance, just in case the weld failed and caused someone an injury.

Ah well... Thanks for the prompt reply Tom. By the way, I read your Russian Invasion post with much enjoyment, I know the plant only too well.
