Tom Krein and Paul Long

Here is one I just picked up on the sale forum from VCM3 (thanks again, Vince). Knife by Tom Krein in black micarta, about 6 1/2" overall. I immediately sent it to Paul Long (aka sheathmaker) for some leather. Deer skin lined with brown alligator inlays. Absolutely nothing wrong with Krein's kydex work and VCM3 sent me both a neck sheath and a belt sheath in kydex, but I do like a nice leather sheath and Paul does beautiful work.

You will appreciate this one then, delander. D'holder and Long. I have had the bolster engraved by Bruce Shaw since this picture was taken.

Some nice stuff in this thread. The knives and sheaths look great. I really like Paul Long's work.

I had emailed Mr. Holder about having his wife Pat do the engraving. He said she was very busy and had a several month backlog. He suggested I contact Bruce Shaw.
