Got a few knives with lousy geometry. I'd just screw them up if I tried...lol

Havent been here awhile, and wondered if he still offered that service. Hope so!

I hope he does. I might need his help in turning a combo edge saber grind into a PE FFG . . . oh, and backing the bevel up and making it 10 degrees per side too . . . and polishing the whole thing :) Otherwise if he no longer does that are there any other BF members here who offer that service?

I would imagine he is because I don't think they take him very long and he was probably making pretty good money doing them. I have heard that he isn't always by a computer and it is by far the best way to contact him by phone. I would look for a phone number on his website or on here. I just saw his cell phone number posted the other day and if I find it I will post it here.

Alright! :D

I have a big ol Blackjack Anaconda beater, and I'm just not a fan of a convex grind whatsoever. I can't sharpen them worth a crap. I'm just not used to that type of knife. I'd love to have a higher, more even flat grind on it with a thinner edge.

I'll call ya here in a few days Tom.

Getting a little leery about sending knives overseas and back, but I'd certainly welcome a Krein regrind on my CE D4, and my fictional Manix 2.

I was planning to order and send for regrind a Manix2 a month or so back, but life got in the way, and I decided to await the CTS XHP Manix 2 and send THAT for a regrind instead.

I didn't get my hands on one :(

So now the regrind route is again open-and I'm looking forward to it!
