I just saw a picture of this beautiful knife in the latest Blade magazine and fell immediately in love. :eek:

Tom have you posted anything about this knife? I sure would like to see better pictures of it and would like to get the specifications as well.

I made it for Blademan (Ray in Austria) last year and it his design and not to be copied. I sent a picture of a TNT into Blade Magazine for the Whats New section quite some time ago and they ended up putting that in there......Go figure??!?!?!!
The blade is thick talonite and costs almost $300 just for the raw material. The handle is 1/4" 6/4 on both sides and NO FUN to grind or drill! :)
 
Thanks for the info Tom. I went to your site to see the picture and was even more impressed. What a wonderful, wonderful knife. To bad it is a one of, but then, if it was that much work you probably don't want to make any more.:(
 
You bet Keith! You summed it up "If it was that much work for you Tom, you probably don't want to make anymore"

See the other thread in this forum (The Truth Comes Out) about the sweat shop Tom runs at his house. Tom doesn't do any work at all! Tom tried to recruit my boys for his "sweat shop" but they wouldn't go for all the promises of "cake, candy and no school" that he offered.

That IS one heck of a Talonite knife!!! Ray is an EXTREME KNIFE NUT and one heck of a NICE GUY :)
