Well, I forged a couple more RR spike tomahawks, one with a 5160 cutting edge, now I think I'm ready to make the real thing.

Anyone have the diminsions for a standard 'hawk drift, or handle diminsions?

You should make a drift of your own size and shape. It will make your Hawks even more special and unique. "We dont need no skinking standards"

Will they were made in many different sizes to accomadate different size hawk heads. If you want me to I can take a picture of the one I bought from centaur forge and then add the measurements to it for you..

:D Way to go Bruce..Funny how we think stuff like this is so cool huh..:p

Thanks Bruce, that would be great.

The only reason I'm worried about handle sizes is if some one needs a new handle for one years from now and has to have one made specialy.

I will try and get it for you sometime today Will..
I wouldn't worry about that much though Will,Most people make the handle to fit the hole anyway,as some are round and some are oval and some are a egg shape...
