Thanks. It was sold a few years ago through a special offering. I think they pop up for sale one the forums once a while.

It was a special order one year at Blade several years ago. There were occasional ones that showed up at Blade and other shows including a satin Special Edition. Secondary market is all I've seen for a year or two.
