As we all know things change periodically so let's see some pics and stories/reviews of the hawks that people are buying and using in 2014.

For me I have to say that I have yet to be disappointed with a hawk purchase. Starting with my CS Trailhawk, this little hawk suffers only by being cheap and rediily available. While it lacks snob appeal it is one tough little hawk and fun to use. Being less expensive gives you the courage to modify it and make it your own. Two thumbs up!

I have a Lonnghunter and Warbeast from 2Hawks and again, fantastic hawks! I use the Longhunter more and it does everything well. The Warbeast was a present and probably not one I would have purchased myself. It is truely a beast in every way but you must exercise the proper care when handling one of the 3 edge hawks, they will reach out and tough you!

One great hawk is the Coal Creek hawk made from a railroad spike. This is one tough hawk but. I don't think they are available anymore. Mine has a hammer pole and is a bit lighter than his normal hawk. I have one and my son-in-law has one of the heavier originals. I have used it for everything for over a year and have yet to sharpen it.
