This is a good hobby to have. The way I see it you could have a drug habit or hookers or somthin' . So as long as your not taking food out of your kids mouths, go for it.
I think the only real problem you'll have is deciding which one or two to go out and use.

Very nice my friend! How do u like the new sheath vs. The old? Becker changed their box graphics I see. Wait till you get the 77 it is a work of art!

Don't forget to add pics of your 77 and 11csm to bladite's exotic thread

I don't have an old Necker sheath so I can't compare. Is there much of a difference?

The sheath that came with your standard 11 is the old "tanto" style sheath. Your csm has the new design sheath.

What should I do for the handles for these new knives? Do they fit the sheaths if I put handles on em? Or does everyone prefer just cord wrapping them?

I put micarta on my necker, I prefer them over cord wrapping and they still work with the sheath. On the csm if you use buy the micarta, they require a small amount of trimming. Here's mine for comparison

The raised section is what you have to trim if you want to put micarta on your csm

don't underrate hookers ;)

and some kids could stand to lose a few cupcakes a week for dad's addictions :> i know i could :)

heck, put those kids to work, stuffing envelopes in their spare time. teach them a trade. raking leaves. chopping wood. now you kids get out there and earn your hoho money, 25% for daddy for his knives...

hey kids! education never stops! let's teach you about this thing called the 1099 :> see, when daddy takes it off the top, you pay LESS taxes to the man...

I love this place.

They sent me a box today too. It only had a 2, a 13 and a 14 though. Wanted to check out the Gen 2 BK-2 and the new style sheaths on the 2 and 14, impressed !!!

zaleski, the new necker sheath is way better than the old tanto style.

Is the sheath I got for the 14 the old Necker/tanto sheath?

Is the blade of the BK11-CSM supposed to be matte/flat? I thought stainless was polished, mine is quite not. I think you can tell from the pictures too. You can definitely tell it's sandwiched, a view from the top shows the different steels, however I was expecting more... shine.
