Well he sure was as of Blade 2012 although the last knives I got from him were a couple years before that. I always look forward to what he has to offer as the four I have I thoroughly enjoy and one is part of what I call the "Three Amigos" -- Bowie/Fighters by Jerry Fisk, Bruce Bump and Tommy Gann.

Yes, Tommy is still making knives.
I believe the fact that some are so busy is the reason we are not hearing much from them.
