Hey guys, I just wanted to share some pics of my new Bocote scales for the BK11 from Tommythewho. I have been EDC'ing the Camillus 11 and alternating it with the 14. I like the 11 naked but saw the Bocote scales on thE bay so i jumped. Keep in mind these are meant to fit a KA-BAR BK11 but took a chance and was hoping they would fit on my Cam 11. I am happy to say that they do fit pretty well. There is just a slight overhang on the bottom where the grip is but that doesn't change the comfort when holding the knife and its nothing a little sandpaper couldn't fix. The top of the scales, where I place my thumb is perfectly even with the blade. I actually have some Saints micarta on a KA BAR 11 and they do not fit on the Camillus 11 so its good to know that Tommy's scales will work with a KA BAR or Camillus 11 very well right off the bat, and with very slight modification they can fit perfectly. I tried the Bocote scales on the KA BAR (which is what they were inteneded for) and it is near perfect. The camillus version is just slightly different (thinner) so I guess that is the dIfference. I'd say that overall I am once again impressed with the comfort, look and quality of Tommy's scales.

those look great i have ipe wood scales on mine from tommythewho i love them.

Oh and just so you know, he made the Cocobolo scales on the 14 in the pics as well. :)
