I like everything but the zero edge, but we can work that out later. You've got my support ;) :D

What about the Zero Edge puts you off? They can take a little more work to sharpen but I was expecting it to hold up to chopping through bone and impacts to the cutting board a little better. Am a missing something?

You know, for as long as I've been hanging around, I'm really embarassed to be in the dark on this, but what precisely must one of these e-mails include? Name, address, CC#? I've never tried to to get in on the limiteds before...

Of course, it just ocurred to me that I'm counting on trough frenzied hogs to supply information to a would-be competitor...

I have bought from Busse before so they have my info on record.

I list the following:
Full name
Statement authorizing credit card charges
number of the listed model

Always worked for me
 
I'm here to help... just send your credit card and billing info to me and I'll take care of you. :D

I just send how many I want and my shipping address and contact info in the email... They seem to know my Credit Card info somehow... (I'm sure they would contact anyone with out Credit Card/payment info on file at the shop) Good Luck to all of you.
