The pattern is a Teardrop and they were designed in collaboration with Tony Bose. He's a renowned traditional maker who does a lot of work with Case.
A pattern designed by Bose will have the TB on the model number but doesn't mean it is a "special" knife. They're generally just standard production models. There are Case/Bose collaboration models that are high-quality knives that also start with TB but they should also be stamped with 154 CM for the steel and yours doesn't appear to be. If you look close on my Tribal Lock you can see the TB at the start of the number. I have a Teardrop too but not with me.
In your first picture, those four marks above and below the Case logo indicate the year it was made. Can't tell if they are X's or dots but those will date it.
Case does a lot of unique handle materials, designs, and limited runs so on that I don't know. If you scroll down the forum main page a little you'll see the Traditional sub-forum. Someone in there will be able to tell you exactly what that knife is.
What you have is a factory special made for an event at a major Case dealer where Tony Bose was present. Not sure how many they made, but usually they do around 100. If you PM me I can tell you what dealer. They don't support BF so I won't put it in the thread. You can ask them for more info.
