I just received my second Tony Huffman folder today. This one is a celluloid tortoise shell handled wharncliff whittler done up in ATS34.
I am simply amazed at the quality of this man's work, particularly in view of his prices. He is a joy to deal with and the product is worthy of comparison to the likes of Bose et al. If this sounds like an unabashed promo....you're absolutely correct. Huffman is indeed a maker to watch

I could not agree more. I own two of his knives and could not be happier with them or the person I met.

Glad you picked that whittler up. I was very tempted and I really should not be spending any money on knives until after Blade.
(Hint - we are going to be seeing a lot of traditional MS test daggers after blade this year) :).

Tony's knives are great, I have one of his Trappers and waiting on a new Dr. pattern.

Enjoy the whittler

I have only seen them in Blade magazine.
And they look impressive!

:o :o :o

Thank you all for your kind words. It makes me feel good to know that people like the knives I make. And it gives me incentive to continue to improve.

"Howsomeever" I think you might be reaching to even think of comparing my work with Tony Bose. :D I know I'm not in that catagory, but I am willing to keep trying. Your kindness is certainly flattering though.

Thanks again and God Bless.

Tony,
Your honesty and willingness to keep plugging at it will take you a long way. I hope to have a collection that will show the "trail" over the years. With the help of your friends that trail is off to one of the best starts I have seen.

Tony,
Hmmmm,I rank you first,THEN the others!!:DHow can I say this?? I've handled both & I own one of yours(only one SO FAR)!

I am waiting on a Tony Huffman worm groove bone trapper. This will be my first hand made slip joint...REALLY looking forward to it!! :)
