okay, this is daqo'tah
so I got a 52100 blade all triple heat treated, and I have finished 2 of the 3 temperings in the kitchen oven set at 400.
then tonight I did the last tempering,,,I set to oven to 400,,,got a good heat,,,placed the knife on the rack,,shut the door,,,set the timer for 2 hours,,,went in to watch a little tv,,,awoke 4 hours later.........
okay,,lets see,,,thats 2 extra hours at 400,,,big deal?
or will the blade not notice my little nap?
