So, I have a Camillus BK10 Crewman. I just got a KA-BAR BK9 for Christmas and I recently bought myself a BK11 Necker. My auction for a Cold Steel UWK just ended so now I have enough to buy myself a BK7. However, everyone I talk to and tell that I am essentially buying all of the Beckers look at me like I am crazy. Even "knife people" like my brother who have way more sharp things than I could dream of owning think I am positively bonkers for owning so much of the same thing. To me, it is simple. I have found a knife that I like and am comfortable with. Why not own and carry as much of it as possible? Why mix and match when one line has essentially all of my basses covered. From chopper, to combat, to small EDC to survival, the BK10, 9, 7 and 11 has it all. And to top it off, I can swap out handles if one ever breaks or I decide to pop for the $40 micarta scales that KA-BAR offers. Am I flawed in my logic of thinking that you can't own too much of a good thing?
